We accept all major credit cards—Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, contact us immediately for assistance.
The information you give us is for our secure database and is not given out, sold or bargained for by anyone else. The information is only used for our records, to better serve you. Read more here.
We are happy to cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped. Please call customer service and we will be happy to give you a refund. We are not able to refund personalized items.
Refunds are processed immediately and take 3 to 5 business days to post on accounts.
All discrepancies/damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
Most purchases are shipped within 3-4 days of receipt of order. Once order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. Shipping times may be longer during the holiday season. If there is an issue we will notify you by phone or email.
Orders will ship from our warehouse via UPS Ground or USPS to arrive within 3–5 business days from the time of shipment.
Orders received by 10:00AM EST Monday – Friday will ship on the same day. Deliveries are scheduled Monday – Friday. Orders received after 10:00AM EST on Thursday will be scheduled for delivery the following Monday. Expedited orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

No signatures are required. The Angler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact UPS at to file a claim.
